Franchise Rule

  • The Franchisor ie sadda adda restaurant is named as the First Party in this Agreement and the Franchisee shall be named in this Agreement as the Second Party.
  • Franchisor.

  • Wherever the word franchisor is used, it will mean the one who gives the permission and the word franchisee wherever used, it will mean the one who receives the permission.

  • Upon entering into an agreement with the franchisee, the franchisee shall not in any way use the brand name of the franchisor or open any other brand within the city limits of Lucknow and if he does so, he must first obtain permission.

  • Any such changes that affect the franchisee, all matters will be changed only by written agreements between the franchisor and the franchisee.

  • Any change in the name and menu or addition or removal of any product, the franchisee must obtain written permission from the franchisor.
  • In case of any dispute, it can be brought only in the jurisdiction of Lucknow Jurisdiction.
